April is here and it is time for the next installment of the Moron of the Month. This month we have Courtney Paris, the Oklahoma women’s basketball (women’s basketball still exists?…really?…anyways) player who said she would pay back her scholarship if her team did not win the National Championship.
Pay Up
Good call Ms. Paris, even if you won last night you would still have to play a Connecticut team that hasn’t lost in their last bazillion games (that’s a rough estimate). I’m sure (they don’t have a font for sarcasm) you’re really gonna pay all of that money back. First, try taking your foot out of your mouth, and then remember that it’s women’s college basketball, so 95% of the country doesn’t care.
